What is Mental Health Literacy? We define it as having four main components:

  1. Understanding how to obtain and maintain positive mental health;
  2. Understanding mental disorders and their treatments;
  3. Decreasing stigma related to mental disorders; and,
  4. Enhancing help-seeking efficacy (knowing when and where to seek help and developing competencies designed to improve one’s mental health care and self-management capabilities)

Please see the attached flyer that outlines an offering that we can provide via web-based conferencing to your organization.
