When the dust had started to settle after the Covid-19 pandemic in the late summer of 2021 our yearly internal employee wellness surveys gave us strong indications that a sizable number of our employees were dealing with early stages of a mental burn-out. This was mostly a result of their experience doing the Pandemic combined with a hectic work environment where many were forced out of the comfort of the trading floor and into a home office setting with numerous challenges to productivity and concentration.
Realizing that ongoing stress if left unattended can lead to physical ailments, burnout, and depression we decided to act. so, for each of the last three years, we have participated in a series of trainings with Ann to learn to manage stress, calm emotions, release unhelpful thoughts and communicate more clearly. The investment in our employees has strengthened our team, reduced anxiety and frustration, and improved communication. I recommend her trainings highly.
