What is BTSC?

BTSC is a free platform through which your practice can enhance Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) services. This program is led by a faculty of nationally recognized experts who will facilitate personalized trainings aimed at addressing your practice’s specific needs.

What is CoCM?

CoCM is a systematic approach to treating behavioral health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders in primary care settings. The primary care team integrates the services of Behavioral Health Care Managers (BHCMs) and consulting psychiatrists with primary care provider (PCP) oversight to proactively manage chronic behavioral health conditions.

Who can apply?

Clinics and practices that are engaged in implementing CoCM, from beginning to advanced.

 

This program includes:

Specialized trainings to help organizations successfully understand and implement CoCM. Guidance for improvement in specific areas and best practices for successful launches and ongoing sustainability. Practice and organizational assistance with billing and coding, workflows, pathways, EMR, proforma development, clinician recruitment, and registry development.
