 Mental Health America of Greater Houston, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at mhahouston.org (the “Site”) and use it to connect to behavioral health  providers. (Behavioral health encompasses both mental health and substance use care.)

By using or accessing our Site, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy, and you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of another person (such as a minor), you confirm that you have the authority to accept this Privacy Policy on that person’s behalf.

We will neither access nor maintain a copy of the content of your email message.

While our Site protects messages within our system, email—especially in transit—can still be vulnerable. Please avoid including sensitive information like specific medical or insurance details.
