MHA provides screenings that help you look at your mental health or wellness. If you have been feeling sad, withdrawn, anxious, stressed or out of control, we encourage you to take this completely anonymous and free mental health screening. MHA collects around 3,000 screenings daily to provide mental health support #B4Stage4. Take five minutes to check in with yourself:
