Improve Your Mental Health Literacy

Reading and understanding issues in mental health helps bring wellness to your mind, your body and your life. Mental Health America of Greater Houston, in cooperation with the Houston Public Library and Harris County Library Systems, is encouraging people to improve their mental health literacy through its campaign, Read Your Mind. The more you know about your mental health, the greater your chances for having the best possible health.

Pick up a bookmark and a reading list from any Houston Public Library or download a copy from the Mental Health America of Greater Houston website www.mhahouston.org.

Read Your Mind is a mental health literacy and awareness program of Mental Health America of Greater Houston in cooperation with the Houston Public Library and Harris County Library Systems.
